Freestyle Libre scan problem

Roughly three months ago, the Libre Link App on my iPhone SE quit scanning. I have changed sensors on schedule, and, while the scanner from Abbot works flawlessly, no success with the iPhone app. Running IOS 14.3. Without the app, my endo has no way to check my history. Has anyone switched to Dexcom?
