lost or stolen iphone 11 from sprint
My Iphone 11 was recently lost or stolen. My carrier is sprint and eventhough I have been paying (a lot) of money for insurance through sprint and addition price for apple care, sprint is wanting $250 in order for me to recieve a replacement phone. I took a look at my bill and i noticed that apple care+ is listed as a place I can receive the replacement and listed at $99 instead. Is this true? and if apple does replacements, what do I need to do to file a claim with them? or do I file the claim with sprint?
