How to remove application from your phone when I removed it ONLY from the initial screen

Hi,

I am trying to remove an application ENTIRELY from iphone.

By mistake I have removed it ONLY from initial screen and not entirely from device.

Because of that I can enter the app from Settings but it only gives me an option to OPEN not to REMOVE it.

I tried downloading it again in order to remove it, but it only gives an option to OPEN from AppStore.

How can I remove it entirely?

As right now I removed Ms Teams from the initial screen but I still receive notifications when someone writes to me.
