There is no device that can detect COVID-19. You can turn on Exposure Notifications on your phone but that doesn’t detect COVID-19. It only alerts you to possible exposure based on voluntary contact tracing for any one that has an iOS or Android device that has the feature turned on and reports their own positive test. That’s the best you’re going to get at this moment
