Apple Gift Card

I need to purchase AppleCare+ online and I want to pay part of the cost by using my Apple Gift Card. In the form there is the space for the Credit Card but there is NO space to redeem the gift card.

How do I solve the issue?

Trying to purchase an Apple Care using gift card I´ve got an iMac recently and so I´ve decided to add some extra coverage and adding the apple care to it. But I don't know why I can't use apple gift card as payment, since the website it only allows me paying the coverage through credit card (which I don't have right now), it annoys me the fact you can only pay by using a credit card. What you can use if for not only depends upon the card but in which country you are located.
