Trying to purchase an Apple Care using gift card

I've been living here for more than 6 months, I already did more than 30 days of purchase here. I don't know why it won't allows me to use my gift card balance?

And at the link you sent me, it doesn't mention if it really is possible for using apple gift card to purchase the apple care. It says that some purchases might require a credit card on file, I tried to put my info but when I finished the form, said that my payment method was denied by my credit card provider.

Oh, I see! Well, it will end at Wednesday my chance to purchase, and the fact they only have the option to call you to solve the problem instead of just allowing you to write them what happening it would be more easier btw. But thanks anyway, I will try to contact them and ask if it is possible to get my apple care plan through gift card.
