I signed up for the 1 yr subscription last year. I stopped the auto renew in November (right before it was going to Bill again). It turned off my access all together even though Apple had extended the free trial a few months. And even recently, the 1 year trial was extended again. I don’t know why it completely turned off in the first place and want it back to enjoy the extension of my free trial.

It may be when you turned off autorenewal it effectively canceled it? I don't know, I don't subscribe to it.
