Activating my appl care
How do I activate the apple care I purchased when I purchased my IPad in Nov. 2020 at Costco.

When I have purchased AppleCare from an Authorized Reseller at the same time as a new device, it was automatically activated (I didn’t have to do anything). Have you checked to see if it is activated? See: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support
