Recently purchased an iMac. Stuck at macOS Utilities. Need to overcome obstacles to get to desktop to operate the machine

Hello,
There are multiple options .
- Restart the Mac (top-left corner Apple Logo)
- Check if the startup disk is correct
If that doesn't work.
- Reinstall macOS from macOS Utilities
- Restore from Backup
