Watch software update crashed and can’t restart watch

I was doing the software upgrade and my watch got bumped off the charger. Now I can’t restart it and have the red battery icon and time. I unpaired it and tried to reset; however the watch will not turn back on. I have attempted the force restart and no luck. Any ideas on what to do next?
