Text notification sounds
My phone does not let me know when I have emails that come through. I've called apple support and walked through the settings with them. Nothing works. Does anyone have a solution

Your post’s body says “emails”.
So we don’t know which you mean. So let’s refer to the one you mean as “whatever”.
Check Settings > Notifications > Whatever... and be certain “sounds” is set correctly.
