On Big Sur and Apple M1 Cmd-` did not work in Safari, Chrome, Code, Mail, .. out of the box!

Hi there,

I can't switch with Cmd-` between windows from the same application on my new MBP with M1chip.

The option `move focus to next window` in Keyboard Preferences is set.

To fix this:

I have to change the shortcut of `move focus to next window` to something else and afterwards back to Cmd-`.

Hopefully that will help others, and hopefully it will get fixed, so that his remapping is not necessary.
