Trying to transfer an older iPad, wiped it clean by going to settings and reset. New user is getting a message, Activation Lock, it says the iPad is still linked to an Apple ID and wants the user name and password that was used to originally set up the iPad. Wouldn’t the reset erase all that and new user start from scratch?
