accidentally deleted a user account, try to restore, but I can not find users folder (deleted), any advise about it, where is it?
Normally In the Finder 
on Mac, choose Go > Go to Folder, enter /Users/Deleted Users, but in High Sierra, not there! so What can I find the deleted user folder? thanks
I'm thinking that when you delete a User's folder it erases it completely for security reasons.
Do you have a Time Machine backup to Restore to/from?

I tested it in 10.13.6 & it worked as advertised, but if the bottom one is chosen it is indeed all gone poof!

If it's not there, did you for sure check the box to save it?
If so it must be Disk Corruption or such.
