Can't fix error 54 on itunes

Nothing I've fount has been able to fix error 54 for some reason on itunes it was working fine then a hour later it stopped working I ran a diagnostic sync test and it said it was successful

See If you see error -54 when you sync with your computer - Apple Support.

On of those things prolly worked cause now it's working must've been something I wasn't doing
