Caller ID

I have been getting phone calls from people I don’t know and don’t have saved to any of my contact lists. When they call I can see a first and last name as if I have the number stored. When reviewing calls after a few seconds in the call log, the number is visible, but not the name.

is anyone else experiencing this? Should this be happening? The last time it happened I texted the person and they didn’t have an iPhone, which leads me to believe it’s not an iPhone feature.

even more storage... when I get ahold of the other person... they say they didn’t call me.
