What to Do:

A. Exit iTunes:

Something is open that needs a click - So, [hold down: Alt + Press: Tab] until you are out of iTunes, until something is seen that is awaiting your click.

If of no success...

B. Restart the Computer, Manually:

1. Shut Down: the computer
2. Wait: 30 seconds
3. Power On: the computer
4. Log in: as same user
5. Open iTunes seeing if this is still occurring.
