Undo new update

Hi everybody.

I have recently updated my Mac to macOS Big Spur.

is there any way I can undo that update as my accounting programs to work with this particular update. Yet it was all fine previously.

Mac software update not in System Preferences Following Apple support guidance check the update status or update the software of my Mac I went to System Preferences. Their guidance says to click on "Update Software" but I don't find any such icon. What am I missing?
