Apple Wallet transit

I am in Singapore using iphone 11 ... recently i started using the transit function but its not as description. I still need to validate with passcode or faceID .. is it cos of my settings or phone or something to do with the transit reader in Singapore transit system?

Can Express Transit be used in stores? Hello! Recently I have found a feature called Express Transit. I can turn it on for one of my debit cards, so it won’t require Face ID to pay for the subway. However, I’m worried if this’s also applicable to regular in-store payments. Can my iPhone be used to buy anything except transit without Face ID or a password authentication? Wallet Transit Card Option I live in Washington, DC and our transit system WMATA just announced that we can now add a SmarTrip card to Apple Wallet and use it to enter and exit the subway system. I followed the instructions to do that in my 6S Plus by clicking the + symbol in Wallet but the transit card option isn't available. My phone software is up to date and using iOS 13.6.1.
