iPhone 7 can no longer hear answered calls

Had anybody had a problem with iPhone 7 where suddenly cant hear the person speaking when you answer a call and they can’t hear you. Literally happened all of a sudden not been dropped damaged or anything.

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
