Not able to update my phone, it’s showing preparing update
As above... its showing preparing update... taking too much time ending up in nothing

It’s possible your iPhone isn’t at the required battery percentage to perform this task. If you aren’t connected to WiFi this can definitely help! Also, if you haven’t checked to see if your iPhone has backed up to iCloud recently, now would be a good time to check so you can avoid any potential data loss.
