Moving app from settings to home screen

I have my VPN app downloaded and I see it in settings by other apps but I can’t uninstall the same or move it on my home screen. How do I put it back to my home-screen?

Find out how to uninstall it. It will cause you more trouble than benefit

The icon if it has one will be in your App Library after your last home screen.
