Apple id disabled

My apple id has been disabled for a month now & i’ve tried every solution but still the same i cant update any apps or download any new ones

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

Only apple can unlock it for you.

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.

Only apple can unlock it for you.

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
