Migration assistant, Safari saved passwords left behind

Folks, I successfully migrated my data from one laptop to another identical one (including OS version) with Apple's Migration Assistant. However, all passwords stored in Safari were not migrated. Is this the expected behavior?

How do you transfer Safari passwords to a new iMac? I am migrating from an older to newer iMac and it does not seem to have imported/migrated all the Safari Passwords as part of the file migration process. How do I do that before blowing away the old iMac?
