How do you transfer Safari passwords to a new iMac?

I am migrating from an older to newer iMac and it does not seem to have imported/migrated all the Safari Passwords as part of the file migration process. How do I do that before blowing away the old iMac?

Yes, I used the migration assistant, however it seems I had neglected to set up the new iMac System Preferences: Apple ID sufficiently to share the passwords. After adjustment, it seems to be sharing just fine now. Thanks.

The most trouble free way to move to a new machine, is using the Setup Assistant on the initial boot of a brand new machine— you have one shot here. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205749

If that opportunity has past, the second best way is use the Migration Assistant.
