I have an old iphone that i don't use anymore. The service was through straight talk. Since transferring to another phone with the same service provider i lost an important voicemail that was on my iphone. I have tried finding it on my icloud and tired a backup transfer to recover it with no success.. any ideas on how i could get this voicemail back?

If we understand your post correctly, you lost an important voicemail on your phone and you've tried finding it by doing a backup to recover it but it still didn't show up. We're happy to help!
If the voicemail wasn't recovered when you restored from a backup then there is no way to retrieve it.
