What ways(s) (using iOS, iPadOS, and/or macOS) if any, is/are there to automatically by default remove Apple Photos photo location data before sharing on social media, emailing, etc. ?

In addition to jeremy_v’s suggestion, there are photo editing apps that can remove EXIF data, including location. Check the app store.
Almost all cameras store data about a photo in the EXIF data.
You need an editor to remove it.
