If you have an iPad running iOS 10.3.3 or 10.3.4, then you have a fourth generation iPad, and it cannot be updated beyond those versions.

It is too old to support anything newer.

If you have a different iPad, tell us what model it is, what iOS version it is running, and what iOS version you are trying to update to if any.
