Can’t install ios 14.4

So I was trying to install the new software update ios 14.4 but it just keeps on waiting instead of actually updating my phone. I have enough storage, my phone is on a stable wifi and I even tried to restart my phone but nothing is working. So what do I do?

Make sure the iPhone is connected to a good wi-fi network and to power if the battery is at less than 60%.

It’s already connected to a good wifi network and the power of the battery is at 100%.
