I have a serious issue with my IPhone 11 keypad... I have tried all the recommendations that I have googled...

You appear to have tried every recommendation from Google.. You have still been unsuccessful. I, therefore, recommend that you have your iPhone at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center. If they are closed then Please contact ➔ Apple Support
