Hello apple,
I am consistently turning down the ringer volume on my iPhone 12 mini, yet every time I receive a phone call or notification it’s back on full blast. Is there a way to fix this? It’s up to date with software updates.

It appears you are having some difficulty with the ringer volume on your iPhone 12 mini.
You did also note that you are updated as far as iOS goes. However, if you have not yet installed iOS 14.4, start by doing that.
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
