Depends on the Model of Vizio. Find out the model of your Vizio TV and then perform a Google Search to see whether your TV supports Screen Mirroring from an iPhone.

Yes vizio does support screen mirroring and smart cast. However, when I tried to mirror my phone during apple fitness video, just the audio came through.
That will not work, at the present time the only way you can use Fitness + on a TV is the use an Apple TV HD or newer box.
You will need the AppleTV device to make that happen at this time.
