I’ve been noticing that my volume, if it’s my phone speakers or AirPods, has been getting lower. The max volume just isn’t as loud as it used to be. A couple weeks ago my volume suddenly became super loud when I was wearing AirPods and it went to normal volume after a couple minutes. So I know my volume can go louder than it is right know. Can someone please help me with this problem?

Check to see if Reduce Loud Sounds is turned on, by tapping Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety:
