Transaction was rejected

sent a friend some money on 01/22/21 and she rejected the payment because Apple Pay wouldn’t let her accept it. My money hasn’t gotten back on my payquicker commission card nor has it went back to my Apple Pay Wallet. I need help with this I need my money. Payquicker said you all need to release the payment
