trying to update to IOS 14.4,

in updating my iPad Air 2 using my PC computer I open iTunes, then hook ipad up to computer, open my iPad in iTunes and it goes thru the time of downloading the update. the problem is at the end it comes back with this problem - "There was a problem downloading the software for the iPad. An unknown error occurred-- 9006"

See If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. If you're trying to update over the air try using iTunes instead, or vice versa.
