How can I add monthly apple care to my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I bought from my carrier metro by T-Mobile

Open Settings ➔ General ➔ About : Here, under Limited Warranty, you should be able to see whether AppleCare+ Coverage is available for that iPhone or not. If available then you can tap on it and then purchase it.
