Problems with downloading app

when I changed my phone (it’s 7 phone ,now it’s X) I can’t download the app it calls Yazio.I don’t why it is still crashing ,could you tell me what’s the problem ? I tried downloading the app a lot of time,and I checked more new versions and everything it’s okay ,but I can’t still download the app.Please help me ...
