Asking help with virus possibilities

I think there is virus or malware in my iPhone.. I get every few hours an alarm about calendar.. when I open calendar app there is nothing.. I updated my iOS right now, but the problem still exists.

No viruses on your iPhone, just spam or scam attempts. DO NOT respond.

Using iOS 13.x.x = Settings>Passwords&Accounts>Accounts... delete the rogue calendar you subscribed to

Using iOS 14 or later = Settings>Calendar>Accounts... delete the rogue calendar you subscribed to

Be careful for the future.
