iPhone 12 restarting randomly

I got a brand new iPhone 12 Pro on Tuesday. The problem is that it keeps restarting randomly multiple times a day. The problem was there with the previous iOS before I updated on Wednesday and it was still there after the update. I’ve tried resetting all settings and setting up the phone as new. It can be locked and then suddenly the apple logo appears and the phone restarts. Sometimes it happenes when I try to unlock the phone with passcode. Looks like the phone freezes for a second and then restarts. But it can happen anytime, locked or unlocked.. It restarts around 10 times a day at least. What is happening and what can I do? I feel sad having used a lot of money on a phone I can’t use properly

I had to send it back and get a new one:( sorry!! They marked it as “dead on arrival” because of the problem. The new phone has no problem at all and I even used the same iCloud backup so couldn’t be anything other than the phone itself

I thought this would be the case. The iPhone advisors call me every week to take coding from my iPhone but I feel that this is a hardware issue.

Do they send a new one then ask you to send the old one back? I’m worried because I don’t have a spare phone.

Had to send the old one in first so they could confirm the problem before getting a new one:( I hope you figure it out! Really sucks having problems with a phone at the price of a laptop
