My phone has asked me for 6 digit passcode which I don’t have and my laptop does not have an iTunes upgrade tried everything and I was locked out for an hour last time. Can anyone help in anyway without doing factory settings?

If you do not remember the password, you will have to reset your phone. There's no way round that.
You are welcome. You should be able to restore an iPad backup.

Could you help again please? I’ve got my phone up and running which I’m very pleased with myself. Just have another issue not sure if it’s phone related or my bank but every time I go to make a purchase I am declined , I’ve gone into settings and tried everything possible. P.S I have funds
Just to say if I try to remove my account details the phone will say I need the 3 digit code on the back of my card, I’ve added PayPal but no luck with that either

If your transfer any data from a backup made with the phone you now have, that will likely require the passcode of the current phone.
Can I use my iPad instead of my phone as back up?
