I just recently ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max
from Apple. They said it will be delivered next day for free. Next day I’ve got email saying it will be delivered in a week or so. Just out of curiosity I went to Apple store app and tried to order another iPhone to check delivery time they promote - still says next day delivery available. Isn’t it false advertisement. They can’t deliver you next day but still telling people who want to order - free next day delivery. I called Apple support but they were not able even to give me a reason why this is happening. I’m extremely disappointed because it was a gift to my wife and I was expecting to get it by time they promise on their app and website. If you can’t deliver next day, don’t promise to do so! Did anyone else run into same problem?
P.S. they don’t even have iPhone 12 Pro Max here to choose as device I’m talking about... smh
