i get the message “Enter iPhone passcode to use password” when I want to auto fill a password. I have a passcode on my iPhone SE. I am using passwords from Keychain only (not Chrome). How do I make this stop..

It’s the way it is supposed to work if you don’t have Touch ID enabled on the phone for passwords.

You may be asked to enter your iPhone passcode or Apple ID password when enabling iCloud Keychain.
"iCloud protects your information with end-to-end encryption, which provides the highest level of data security. Your data is protected with a key that's made from information unique to your device, and combined with your device passcode, which only you know. No one else can access or read this data, either in transit or storage."

I already have Keychain set up and autofill turned on. Here is the workflow:
Open app on iPhone that has password stored in Keychain
Tap in username/password field
Tap on the stored password shown at the top of the keyboard
A separate window pops up Enter iPhone passcode to use password
Once I enter passcode then the password is autofilled.
This started happening after the 14.2 update. It never happened before. Is this way it is supposed to work?
