How to reset Ad Identifier in ios 14?

I used to this setting often prior to updating to iOS 14. Now, there is only Apple Ads setting and I need a way to reset ads, yet this offers no ability to do so outside of Apple's own services it appear (or at least it is not working the way it used to work).
