After I updated my phone, the sounds for music and videos no longer work.
All the sounds for incoming calls, notices, reminder,,,, and so on still work.
I have searched the settings over and over and restarted the phone several times.
Nothing seems to fix the problem. I'm a knowledgeable user and this has me stumped.
I anyone else having the same problem?

I don't have any headphones compatible with the phone.
Update. Problem has gone away.
I can hear sound for ringtones and notices, but not music or videos.
