I am a student and i cant seem to get my student deal with my apple music

I cant get my apple music student deal because it wont let me complete it for some reason on my computer. Is there another way that I can confirm that I am a student at Brigham Young University Idaho?

What computer OS and browser are you using? Many sites no longer support Windows 7 or Internet Explorer.
