if I bye the iPhone XR from apple site

I want to bye a new iPhone XR from Apple Site (here)

someone told me that iphone xr is not brand new and most of them are renewed because of those are old phones which have been ended to be manufactured or constructed, and theses remain XR’s are mostly rejected phones from factory.

or some of them have dead battery or re opened body to change the dead battery.

now, my question is:

is the XR’s are “brand new / not opened box” iPhones from this Apple site.?
