AirPods states serial number not recognised
Hi, bought airpods from Selfridges and on the apple website it states serial number not recognised, any ideas.

Contact Apple Support***:
If they do not show up as authentic, then your next step is to contact Apple Support. Either their are unauthentic, or there is a glitch in Apple's database. So, contact Apple Support - and find out their authenticity. If they are unauthentic, then contact Selfridges and ask for a return. No one here can speak to Selfridges, on your behalf.
