Iphone 7, IOS 14.4 - not getting the option to delete apps from App Library.

not getting the option to delete apps from App Library.

Can delete apps from home screen, but no option to delete from the app library.

"Options are: "edit home screen", "Share app", "remove app", click remove app - it says will in app library. When I look at directions in support here and in YouTube videos there is always an option to move to library or delete it.

Same is true when I try to delete apps from app Library - when I click on an app I have deleted from home screen it gives me two options: "share" or "add to home screen" - no option to delete.

When I try to delete apps from Settings/storage etc - which I saw on YouTube video's also doesn't give me the option of deleting apps.

I have delete apps in the past using all of the standard methods shown.

I am wondering if I accidentally "clicked" something that prevents me from deleting apps?
