An app (RecShot) clearly unmarked for a charge has charged my account. Please cancel any charges and subscription.

How can I make sure Apps have no subscription charges. Apps often show no charges and fool you into downloading. I’m getting sick of the scam. Is there a way of double checking for all charges before accepting an App?
