headphone mode glitch

My phone is stuck in headphones mode but I’m not using any can you please help me

We're glad you thought to ask Apple Support Communities about your iPhone being stuck in headphone mode. If you haven't already, firmly connect your headphones once more, then disconnect them to see if that helps. If not, check the port for signs of dirt or debris. If any is found, gently clean it out: Cleaning your iPhone
